As an existing customer of Arc4Health, you have seen first hand how this remarkably small device can have a big impact on your health. If your unit has come to the end of it’s life, it doesn’t have to be the end of your Arc journey. As a thank you for your loyalty, we are happy to offer a trade-in option. And it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…

1. 1- Simply purchase one of the options given
2. 2- Return your old delivery unit to us (working or non-working) to the below address, including a note of your name
3. 3- Once received we will dispatch your brand new shiny delivery unit (or complete kit) for you to continue receiving the benefits of microcurrent therapy.

As standard, the ArcEquine delivery units come with a two year manufacturer warranty. For added peace of mind, you now have the option to purchase a one year extended warranty when purchasing a trade-in delivery unit. Please note this warranty covers manufacturing faults only, for example, battery and mechanical faults. It will not cover accidental damage, for example, water damage.

As these pads are part of the complete kit, you have two options:

1. Receive your kit now (without the conductive pads, but with the carbon pads so you can still get started straight away), and we’ll send the pads separately as soon as they arrive.

2. Wait for the full kit to be shipped together once all components are in stock.
