Warranty and Peace of Mind
As standard, ArcEquine delivery units come with a 2-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. For added peace of mind, customers now have the option to purchase a 1-year Extended Manufacturer’s Warranty when purchasing a complete kit. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, such as battery and mechanical faults, and does not cover accidental damage, such as water damage.
Please note: like all devices that use modern batteries, the ArcEquine delivery unit utilises a lithium-ion battery. Charge on a reasonably regular basis in order to maintain optimal battery life and condition.
Flexible Payment Options
UK customers can spread the cost interest-free using Pay It Monthly, allowing the purchase price to be spread over up to 12 months. Alternatively, UK customers can pay using Klarna’s flexible payment options: Pay in Full, Pay in 3, or Pay in 30 Days. Additionally, all customers have the option to spread the cost and purchase using PayPal’s Pay in 3 payment option.
